The Pony, Paul, And Linda

Sweet little ones, all three
The girl is faire
The boy is handsome

For freedom, the pony
would give a king's ransom

On a fabled Manhattan street–
Paved with gold–they meet

Building blocks of stone
Address unknown

Ditto, the year they say
Was she in the city
that day?
