But Please Do Not Deprive That Mind Of Its Essential Delusions

Poor is the mind that always uses
the inventions of others and invents nothing itself.

Footnotes
Amongst uncountably many others, this page
was inspired by Mr. CarPeo's smarter half.

It is impossible for a page of such finite space
to do justice to an oil painting in three panels
that measures, approximately,  7' x 13'

Therefore, I provide this  text/video link.

  1. When I visited the Prado years ago,
there was a tight-lipped British docent.

Understandably, she talked at length about
    The Garden of Earthly Delights.

Then a young Spaniard said–heavily accented–
    said "It is trippy."

    "Not trippy," exclaimed the docent,
"I said it is a tryptich."
