Rest In Peace, Champ
and be prepared:
the first person to greet you–
when you step out of the limousine
at the Pearly Gates–
will be  Howard Cosell.

Behind him will be God,
wearing boxing gloves.

You will step into the ring with Him
but fret not: He will throw the fight
and Cosell will proclaim you
"The Greatest, For Eternity!"

God will be throwing the fight
for one and only on reason:
He wants to sit you
on His throne.

But only for one day
with  Liberace  on piano
plus a duet with  Sam Cooke.
