Did someone bulldoze

a boat down to the shore line

and then sail out 

to a luxury island?

The answers are NO and NO

A bulldozer re-arranged the sand
along this beach in what is a daily
and dubious custom in Long Beach.

The island as no hotels but it does
have a very active oil drill!

The shocking thing is that
people actually swim
in the  Chevron-flavored water.
