everything in this image
of downtown Long Beach decor
was still there
except for the blue key
and the float ball

      I did but I do not mean to impugn
      the Long Beach Sanitation Department.

      Under the circumstances,
      I believe they do an excellent job.

      However, too many residents of this city
      would qualify for the Litter Olympics
