because

it would be the same as

you or me

getting arrested 

for breathing

 

That would be ridiculous

because

—by  the nature of the beast—

we are entitled

to breathe air,

free of criminal

consequence

is a politician

and

—by the nature of that beast—

side-swiping public funds

is NOT criminal

because

—for politicians—

corruption is

the air they breathe.
