than anyone
who ever stepped into
the batter's box
BUT
 also refuses to honor
the man who hit 
more home runs
than anyone 
living or dead

  1. Okay. Barry Bonds used performance enhancing drugs
    ( still quite a feat to do what he did). Unless it can be shown that gambling makes you hit better maybe they need to put their animosity towards Pete Rose aside and admit him

      If men are allowed to take Viagra to improve
      their performance in the sexual playground,
      why can't professionals take the equivalent
      to improve their performance in the
      professional playground

  2. Pete Rose bet on the games. He admitted his crime , he apologized verbally and in writing multiple times, and he had more hits (4256) than anyone else in baseball. If we were all held to the same standard being banned from our professions for committing errors the unemployment would be 100%. He is a Hall of Famer.
