Frances Steerling Poem: Dazzled And Delighted By Dvorak

____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Between the wind and the strings
the pulse pounds
percussively

But
you cannot count
the points
between
the point and the counterpoint

The
 distance
does diminish
as your eyes
dance across
the landscape

 Then
:::
beyond
the counterpoint
finessing through
the final movement

your ears
count
≈ one hundred twenty ≈

and
there it is:
 the birthplace
of

FRANCES STEERLING

Antonin Dvorak composed his 7th Symphony
in 1884.

In 1965,
Lennon/McCartney composed
Norwegian Wood.

Thus,
Frances Steerling said
"Dvorak is the GodFather of the Beatles."

According to
The Institute of Inane Research,
three Beatles wanted Antonin Dvorak
on the Sgt. Peppers album cover
but Paul McCartney
vetoed the idea

The only people who read
Dazzled and Delighted by Dvorak
were required by the poet
to read it aloud

The next

The next
