Between the wind and the strings

the pulse pounds

percussively

But

you cannot count

the points

between

the point and the counterpoint

The

 distance

does diminish

as your eyes

dance across

the landscape

 Then

beyond

the counterpoint

finessing through

the final movement

 

your ears

count

on the Sgt. Peppers album cover
but Paul McCartney
vetoed the idea
