but empty storefronts

There are as many

of those dead store fronts

homeless people

in the fruited plains

and severed cities

THE GREATEST COUNTRY

ON EARTH

 

Unless,

we have already

exported that title

to China

or India

 

Therefore, 

Mr. Bezos,

the solution

to housing the homeless

is in the palm of your hands

!!!

 

Convert all of those

cob-webbed

shopping malls

and ghostly storefronts

to residences

for the homeless

 

Whether you own 

the properties

the malls occupy

is of little or no concern

 

You have much too much

wealth and power

for anyone

to dispute

your actions

 

And these newly-housed

homeless individuals

or families

will have laws to abide by:

 

They may not ever leave

their homes

unless it is to picnic

in the parking lots

that double

(or triple)

the size

of 

the malls

 

Which will then shed

their cob-webs

while providing

a roof over the heads

of those

severely lacking

in the frequency

of sleeping under a roof

 

At the same time,

all the other roads

and streets

and communities

of our fruited plains

and severed cities

will no longer

be peopled

with homeless vagrants

to uglify them.
