    Too bad for "Joseph." He had to have been
    an excellent actor or his real estate scam
    would never have succeeded.

      Very true.

      The last time I saw "Joseph" was 1978.
      He had a starring role
      in a Port Washington HS
      stage production.

      He inherited his acting abilities
      from his mother and father
      with an emphasis on the former.
