Mr. Galasso is a lifelong friend but I never saw this painting until today. He told me this morning that "After Christina's World" was painted in 2003.
I was privileged enough to attend his first major Art Exhibit at the Huntington [NY] Central Library which has/had a huge George Grosz mural in its vestibule.
