so much about Shandling
as it is about
a comment he made
during a panel discussion
with the cast of
The Larry Sanders Show
The cast appeared on stage
at the Bing Theater
on the campus of
Los Angeles County Museum of Art
The year was ≈ 1996
I was in the audience
when Mr. Shandling said
BOLD "Martin Mull is
the funniest person alive"
But
died last month
and I have a difficult time
disagreeing with
Shandling's statement
To say
Mr. Mull was multi-faceted
is to say a caterpillar
has more legs
than anyone reading this
The bottom of this page
