Is It Because They Call It THE FAR SIDE?

Before being swamped
with fame and fortune,
Gary Larson
lectured at 
the Existentialist Institute
of Fried Philosophers
(in Oyvay, Ohio)

But the students
preferred 
the dashing
Professor Camoose
and they threatened
the un-handsome
Professor Larson
with seal-plated
chicken feathers
 
Luckily,  Larson 
escaped the danger
by climbing through
an underground 
skylight
 

As an elbow-patched academic,
his last words were
