whose name and artwork
is totally eclipsed
by a student
I will call Maury
who probably addressed his teacher
as Sammy

The teacher was a Sephardic Jew
who met his fate
in a gas chamber

MAURITS CORNELIS ESCHER

met his fame
wherever anyone
can spell the word
"ART"
or say the name
M.C. Escher
