To control frigid weather conditions, Ideas Are Us
warm air will continue to rise  but cold air will be
refrigerated, under penalty of law.

To reduce respiratory problems plaguing the human race,
Politicians Are Us impose a Breathing Tax with all revenue
earmarked for the Asthma Scientific Society.
But some will call it the Ass Tax.
