LINDA OLIVERIO is the name of my late, great sister
ReplyDeleteand the widow of my Uncle Tony.
My Aunt Linda just turned 99 but she doesn't sound
like a day over fifty.
We have real-live telephone conversations
AT LEAST twice a month.
Last week, I pleaded with her to watch
the New York Knicks
in the NBA Finals.
She watched both road Victories
in San Antonio.
But when my phone rang yesterday morning,
she was very groggy:
"I fell asleep before half-time, who won?
I almost hung up on her!
