    1. I didn't know this quote until
      I found it —three days ago—
      in a novel by Robertson Davies.

      However, it behooves me to comment
      on the image above:

      It is a detail from an oversized Pascal Triangle
      [20 Lines] created by an Oliverio Algebra student
      in lieu of attending his Algebra class.

      He was given a B+ for a final grade.

      In some form or other, his Pascal poster
      has appeared a half-dozen times
      in the Godfather of Math
      Trilogy
