    This tribute has no images of Dolly Parton
    due to a recurring nightmare I had
    after retiring to Virginia:

    I was in a diner owned by
    Tennessee Ernie Ford
    and was served live chicken
    by a waitress in pink hot pants.

    I nearly choked on live chicken feathers.
    The waitress was named Dolly
    and she had huge bazungas
    and a medical rescue badge.
