With my husband and our bassett hound, we attended both the 2016 and 2017 Howl'oween Parades.
The 2016 Parade was light years superior to the other because the funniest costumes were all modeled after Donald Trump [and we were allowed to smuggle in a flask of Bloody Mary's].
In 2017, such costumes and flasks were emphatically dis-allowed.
