    Approaching my 81st birthday, I am well acquainted with
    a senior center in Northern San Diego.
    I am physically very active and in no way
    do I have "one foot in the grave," much to the chagrin
    of the senior center staff.

    Your 178th Bullet brings to mind their mantra which is
    Competence is a 20th Century concept.

    Ditto for speaking the truth.
