It should have been Sammy's rendition of the song as performed on the ED SULLIVAN SHOW but that video had a "non-deleteable" advert.
I distinctly remember watching that June 6, 1963 episode of ED SULLIVAN while dining on cold cuts, cold slaw + Coca Cola because we all laughed our asses off when VAUGHN MEADER did his impression of the President of the United States.
